Determination of the main fruit chemical indicators of six apple cultivars in the agro-ecological zone of Deçan, Kosovo

Study was conducted during three consecutive years, 2018-2020, in Deçan of Kosovo. There studied the expression main fruit indicators six new planted apple cultivars. Mean weight varied from 93.3 g (Gold Delicious clone B) to 184.2 (Jonagored). Saturn cultivar produced largest size (80 x 84 mm), while Montear Gala lowest (58 70 mm). Fruit dry matter content varies 14.6% (Saturn and cultivars) 16.5% (Royal Gala), 16.7% B). sugar 11.33% Gala) 12.7% (Saturn). Total acidity 0.250 mg/100 fresh (Saturn) 0.395 Gala). were found significative differencies between cultivars for tested indicators. a relationship some indicators, as well.
